NTC Exams Registration Process               

  1. Dial *772*51# and select option 4 to purchase the indexing number for 55gh.
  2. Visit the provided link to retrieve your indexing;  https://indexing.ntc.gov.gh
  3. Click on “Verify Indexing Number” on the same website and enter your indexing number (beginning with the first two letters of your first and surname) to confirm your details.
  4. Upon verification, dial *772*51# and choose option 1 as a “Fresher” to buy your registration voucher for 455gh. After a successful payment, you will receive an SMS containing your SERIAL NUMBER AND PIN for online registration.

         For online registration:

  • General professional knowledge is compulsory for all candidates.
  • SHS candidates should select SHS PEDAGOGY.
  • PRIMARY &JHS candidates should choose PRIMARY &JHS PEDAGOGY.
  • EARLY GRADE CANDIDATES need to select EARLY CHILDHOOD GRADE PEDAGOGY.

       AREA OF SPECIALIZATION:

– For SHS &JHS: Select the subject you teach, such as Chemistry, Food and Nutrition, Economics,                  Social Studies, English, etc.

– For PRIMARY & EARLY GRADES: Choose “multiple subject content” for either primary or early                     grades.
